| Due to our expanding nature, Natoma Corporation is a reliable opportunity for employment. We offer a clean work environment, excellent benefits (including Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance), on-the-job training, competitive wages, and up to 16 days paid leave per year. You can have these and other advantages found with larger corporations, all while living in a rural community. Those desiring a career in the precision manufacturing trade should consider a trainee position at Natoma Corporation where you can get paid to learn, rather than paying to learn the same skills at a trade school. We are an approved Kansas Apprenticeship Program sponsor, offering a work skills certificate upon completion of a two-year training program. |
